1. Scope of Work

Blaze Stump Grinding LLC will provide stump grinding services at the service address for the stumps identified in the estimate or invoice. Services include grinding the stump approximately 6 inches below ground level and raking grindings into the cavity unless otherwise stated.

2. Scheduling & Access

Service dates depend on weather, ground conditions, and equipment availability. Client must provide clear access.

3. Utilities

Public utilities are located via Gopher State One Call (811). Client is responsible for marking private utilities.

4. Site Conditions

Minor lawn disturbance is normal and not considered damage.

5. Stump Chips

Chips are left onsite unless haul-away is included.

6. Grinding Depth

Standard depth is 6 inches. Deeper grinding may incur extra charges.

7. Regrowth

No guarantee against regrowth or soil settling.

8. Permits

Client is responsible for permits and HOA requirements.

9. Payment

Payment terms as stated in estimate. Late payments subject to fees allowed by law.

10. Cancellation

Late cancellations may incur a fee.

11. Safety

All people and pets must remain clear of work area.

12. Liability

Liability limited to amount paid for services.

13. Indemnification

Client indemnifies company from claims due to site conditions or utilities.

14. Warranties

Services provided as-is.

15. Photos

Photos may be taken for documentation.

16. Force Majeure

No liability for delays beyond control.

17. Insurance

General liability.

18. Mechanic’s Lien

All lien rights reserved under Minnesota law.

19. Governing Law

Minnesota law applies.

20. Acceptance

Signature constitutes acceptance.
